frequency of updates

If you are constantly wondering "when the hell is he gonna update this again!?!?" I'm afraid I'm not good at consistency. I post things when i think of them so it might be days before another post, or 3 or could flood in during an hour. best way to keep current is to just subscribe to the feed below
