crossovers...

The AMC eagle was the ORIGINAL crossover. it was a car (a few different body styles including a coupe and total baller wagon) with a full-fledged 4 wheel drive system (none of this awd crap). it did crossover the correct way: make a car with moderate off-road capability.

Nowadays almost all crossovers are just neutered SUVs. they are essentially big awd cars. this is useless as the AWD systems in these are only meant to improve traction a bit on slippery roads. take one off the pavement and it'll get just as stuck as any 4x2 car...

bring back a real crossover! even the modern subi outback, the only crossover that still is useful has lost it...
